Wild Garlic Pesto

Wild Garlic is very seasonal and sometimes not super easy to find in the regular shops but If you have access to local market, you might be lucky to get your hands on a bunch of these flavoursome greens.

It could be easily replaced by Parsley, Basil or why not Rocket salad?!

All you will need is:
A big bunch 
of the greens of your choice
2-3 tablespoons Good quality Olive Oil, preferably Virgin Olive oil

Salt to taste
Handful of our Organic walnuts
1 tbsp of our Organic pine nuts
Big clove of garlic
1 tbsp parmesan cheese – grated or cut in small cubes
And a pinch of Love
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz it till you get a smooth paste. It is perfect on a cracker, slice of sourdough bread, toast, but best of all – in pasta.
